Fisheries Reseach Vessel
"Hokko-maru" of the Hokkaido National Fisheries Research Institute, Japan Fisheries Research and Education Agency, the fisheries research vessel has been principally engaged in the research of marine resources and the oceanic environment in the coastal and offshore areas of Japan, e.g. the North Pacific Ocean, the Japan Sea and Okhotsk Sea.
